We are looking for an extroverted, proactive, flexible person with a customer- and service-oriented mindset, initiative, and enthusiasm to join our team at 3* and 4* hotels located in Barcelona. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: \- Guest check-in and check-out. \- Billing guests. \- Attending to any guest requests at all times and recording any incidents in the log of updates and/or complaints. \- Monitoring/ensuring the safety of the facility and its guests during the night shift. \- Performing administrative tasks assigned specifically to the night shift. \- Teamwork. \- Coordinating with other departments. \- Proficiency in office software. \- Familiarity with Sihot. \- English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is valued. \- Prior experience is preferred.
