We seek a Training Itineraries Management Lead with experience in the educational field and knowledge in cybersecurity, capable of designing, structuring and coordinating training programs adapted to diverse profiles and sectors. The selected candidate will combine pedagogical and organizational vision with the ability to translate technical content into effective learning experiences, ensuring the quality and coherence of training itineraries. Main Responsibilities: * Design, plan and manage training itineraries tailored to different levels and profiles. * Define and apply learning methodologies aligned with project objectives. * Adapt cybersecurity technical content to comprehensible pedagogical formats. * Coordinate the creation of training materials (digital content, webinars, documentation, etc.). * Ensure pedagogical coherence and quality of training programs. * Collaborate with technical and functional teams to guarantee content suitability. * Participate in cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives. Required Education: * University degree or equivalent qualification (including vocational training) in fields related to education, training or cybersecurity. Required Experience: * Minimum 3 years in training or pedagogical projects, including: + Design of training methodologies. + Definition of training itineraries. + Adaptation of content to diverse profiles and sectors. * Experience in the cybersecurity field (minimum 2 years), involving: + Creation or adaptation of cybersecurity training content. + Training plans or awareness initiatives. * Valuable experience in: + Creation of webinars or digital training content. + Healthcare sector. Knowledge and Competencies: * Ability to organize, plan and coordinate training programs. * Excellent communication and expression skills. * Ability to translate technical content into learning experiences. * Autonomy, proactivity and results orientation. * Catalan language proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory).
