Key responsibilities: * Processing employee onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and IT notifications in Sistema Red. * Processing AT notifications. * Managing various notifications (e.g., Social Security and DEHU). * Calculating, managing, and processing leave entitlements for birth and childcare, as well as related additional leaves (e.g., breastfeeding, additional companion leave, etc.). * Processing SEPE certificates. * Preparing recurring monthly documentation and information required by our various stakeholders. * Designing and submitting INE surveys related to HR, as well as any other necessary reporting. * Managing HR data (onboarding, offboarding, data modifications, payroll variables) in our payroll ERP system. * Responding to employee inquiries and clarifying doubts. * Participating in continuous improvement projects. **Who are we looking for?** * Degree in Labor Relations, Law, and/or Labor Sciences. * 1–2 years’ experience in HR/payroll administrative tasks. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially advanced-level MS Excel. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Solution-oriented, autonomous, dynamic, and proactive individual. * Team player. * English proficiency. Desirable: * Basic payroll knowledge. * Additional HR training. * Familiarity with PeopleNet (M4\).
