**We are hiring!**
We are selecting a **Maintenance Plant Manager** for our new processing plant in **Rianxo**. The selected candidate will lead the plant’s maintenance function, ensuring safety, reliability, and availability of industrial assets, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the success of a highly automated and strategically important facility for Stolt Sea Farm’s growth.
**Your day\-to\-day responsibilities:**
* Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
* Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of plant assets, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations.
* Define and implement preventive, predictive, and continuous improvement maintenance strategies aimed at maximizing operational efficiency.
* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities in collaboration with Production, Quality, Food Safety, and Engineering teams.
* Manage the maintenance budget, technical procurement, and relationships with suppliers and partner companies.
* Supervise activities performed by external contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards.
* Lead the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new industrial equipment and technologies.
* Drive improvements in automated and robotic systems, ensuring their proper operation and reliability.
* Ensure proper maintenance of critical facilities, including industrial refrigeration systems, water treatment systems, and processing equipment.
* Participate in resolving complex technical incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring product quality.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and certification requirements applicable to industrial and food production activities.
* Serve as a technical reference for other company processing facilities, providing support and sharing best practices.
**Requirements**
* University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance roles, including leadership and team management responsibilities.
* Experience in highly automated industrial environments, robotics, or advanced production technologies.
* Experience managing maintenance in food industries or production environments subject to high quality and safety standards.
* Knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, industrial refrigeration, and water treatment.
* Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and maintenance budgets.
* Ability to lead teams, drive change, and manage priorities in dynamic and demanding environments.
* English proficiency at B2 level.
