In this role, you will be key in ensuring the optimal performance of our intralogistics solutions on\-site, directly contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. **Your mission**:To ensure maximum availability and performance of TGW automated systems at customer sites throughout their entire lifecycle by delivering outstanding technical support. WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment * Diagnose and solve technical issues directly on\-site * Train customers and key users on system operation * Support installations and, where required, take responsibility as team leader * Prepare technical documentation and service reports * Provide on\-call and emergency support services * Ensure strict compliance with **health \& safety standards** WHAT YOU’LL NEED * Degree or vocational training in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar * Experience in industrial or automated environments * Strong problem\-solving skills and a proactive mindset * Customer\-oriented with excellent communication abilities * Willingness to travel up to **70–80% across Spain and Europe** * Good level of English (French is a plus)
