Summary Job ID: ES\_HQ00316 Location: 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallés Professional Area: Finance & Controlling Responsibility Level: Professional Working Hours: Full-time Responsibilities * Execute online banking transfers, generating and uploading files to platforms. * Process daily payments, including invoices, taxes, fees, direct debits, and scheduled transfers. * Download bank statements from online banking for subsequent reconciliation. * Review documentation prior to preparing transfers. * Perform accounting entries for various banks. * Review, validate, and record employee expenses via the assigned application. * Liaise with financial institutions regarding daily operational matters to resolve incidents. Requirements * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related field. * Prior experience working in accounting with a strong focus on detail. * Prior experience in bank accounting using SAP. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Strong orientation toward internal customers. * Native or C2 level in Spanish. * B2 level in English is desirable.
