Do you want to take your career to the next level and create chemistry with us? **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT** ------------------------- At our Castellbisbal plant, as Maintenance Manager, you will carry out the following responsibilities: * Coordinate the management and delivery of maintenance services at the production site * Design an appropriate maintenance service portfolio for defined plants and areas * Develop maintenance task planning—including daily activities, shutdowns, periodic inspections, and official inspections * Coordinate and implement the production site’s maintenance strategies and measures aimed at optimizing plant efficiency and performance (e.g., RBM, Bad Actors Program, TPM, etc.) * Provide technical support for queries arising during the development and execution of modifications and/or projects * Take responsibility for the unit’s budget, monitor costs, and keep technical documentation up to date in SAP * Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards established per company guidelines * Promote continuous improvement within your area and implement Operational Excellence activities defined in the plant’s strategy **WHAT YOU BRING** ------------------ * University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience, preferably in continuous-process industries (e.g., Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Paper) * Knowledge of CMMS software, SAP PM, ATEX/SEVESO regulations, and plant shutdown management is an advantage * Intermediate/advanced English (B1–C1) and understanding of Catalan * Demonstrated experience leading teams and high adaptability * Maintain effective communication with your team * Problem-solving orientation, with ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions **WHAT WE OFFER** -------------------- * A healthy work environment—where your safety and well-being (physical and mental) are our top priorities * An attractive salary package—comprising a fixed base salary plus performance-based bonus * Flexible remuneration plan—providing benefits such as private health insurance, childcare, transport card, and training opportunities * Investments in your future—including pension plan, accident insurance, life insurance, and the opportunity to participate in the employee stock ownership program after one year of service * Work–life balance measures and financial support for children’s education * Sports clubs—enabling you to connect with colleagues and enjoy various sports * And much more. **HOW TO APPLY** --------------------------------- Submit your CV via this job posting to get started.
