**What You’ll Do:**
* Oversee data ingestions and batch processes within the Datapool environment (TWS).
* Manage critical incidents and ensure SLA/ANS compliance.
* Act as the coordination point between architecture, operations, and vendors.
* Participate in OTDD processes (RTCs, capacity planning, technical validations).
* Drive continuous improvement and auditing of data processes.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* At least 4 years of experience in data operations, with focus on ingestion and batch processes.
* Proficiency in SQL (analysis and troubleshooting), TWS, and ODI (functional/technical level).
* Ability to manage complex incidents and possess an end-to-end view of data processes.
* Experience coordinating technically with multiple teams and vendors.
* Prior experience with Datapool, SLE/ELE, and Caixa environment is desirable.
