Main Responsibilities** * Develop and expand the after-sales service network, including recruiting collaborative workshops and authorized service points; * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate collaboration agreements with independent workshops, dealerships, and strategic partners; * Establish after-sales service standards and ensure their proper implementation across the network; * Coordinate the opening of new service points and monitor their initial operations; * Manage relationships with after-sales partners, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction; * Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure after-sales coverage across various regions; * Analyze workshop network performance and propose continuous improvements. **2\. Requirements** * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, network development, or workshop management; * Proven experience in partner negotiation and development (mandatory); * Knowledge of the workshop and after-sales service market in Spain; * Commercial acumen, results orientation, and autonomy; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €28,000.00\-€45,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
