alignment of all departments with the organization’s strategic plan. * Identify needs, difficulties, or deviations in project implementation and propose improvement measures. * Prepare and monitor internal technical coordination meetings. * Record agreements, commitments, and tasks arising from meetings and follow up on them. **Strategic Plan, Indicators, and Internal Improvement** * Support required for project monitoring. **Protocols, Quality, and Internal Organization** * Support the review, updating, and implementation of the organization’s protocols. * Assist departments in applying
