We seek a motivated individual eager to develop professionally within the renovation sector, with interest in site management, work coordination, and continuous learning alongside an experienced team. Responsibilities: * Support in planning and monitoring renovation projects. * Supervision and coordination of workers and subcontractors. * Monitoring of deadlines and basic execution control. * Support in measurements, certifications, and economic control of projects. * Resolution of incidents in coordination with the technical team. * Quality and safety monitoring on site. * Liaison with suppliers and support in document management. Requirements * Education in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in construction or renovation projects is valued (3–5 years). * Dynamic, organized profile with strong willingness to learn. * Teamwork and communication skills. * Valid driver's license.
