This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with academic background in labor relations/HR **(degree, master’s) and previous internships are highly valued.** ### **Responsibilities** * **Support in HR Admin \& Labor** + Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes. + Support in preparing and filing employment documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates, etc.). + Provide support in payroll issues, flexible compensation, and coordination with external labor advisors. + Update and maintain data in human resources systems. + Provide basic support for hardware/software issues in coordination with the IT team. * **General HR support** + Participate in internal TA and HR projects (communication, culture, DE\&I, wellbeing). + Maintain communication with employees and managers on administrative matters. ### **What we’re looking for** * Academic background in **Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar (degree, master’s), previous internships are highly valued.** * Interest in learning about both **labor law** and human resources. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Good level of English (international environment). * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork. ### **What we offer** * Paid training internships of 6\-12 months, full-time with flexible working hours. * Experience in an international creative agency within the healthcare sector, part of **Omnicom Health**. * Training and mentorship in **labor law and HR Admin**. * Opportunity to collaborate on global projects. * Dynamic, creative, and multicultural environment. *Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
