We are a private psychiatry, psychology and neuropsychology center located in the Putxet neighborhood (Barcelona). We work with a human, close and high-quality approach. Currently, we are looking to hire an afternoon Receptionist who shares this way of working. What are we looking for? - Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care (experience in private healthcare will be highly valued). - Good command of office software and agility with digital tools. - A communicative, solution-oriented, empathetic person with organizational skills and who enjoys working as part of a team. What will you do on a daily basis? - In-person service: Welcoming and guiding patients. - Phone service: Managing the switchboard, routing calls and resolving inquiries. - Email management and internal communication. - Scheduling and appointments: Booking, modifying or canceling visits, always ensuring a smooth experience for patients. - Administrative tasks: Handling, archiving and classifying documents, as well as providing basic administrative support to the center. * Experience: 1 year.
