Your responsibilities will include managing parcel reception, professionally answering all incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will also perform other routine tasks related to the position. This is a temporary part-time contract of 25 hours per week. The schedule runs from Monday to Friday mornings, between 09:00 and 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions. * We seek a proactive and responsible person. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Castilian Spanish and Catalan. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
