The new ibis Styles Barcelona Sant Joan Despi 4\* is inspired by the artist's workshop, where you are the master creator of unforgettable guest and team experiences. **Job Description** * + Review of daily transactions (reservations, payments, collections, billing). + Verification of hotel financial reports, such as revenue, guest payments, and other charges. + Assistance to guests arriving overnight or requiring support. + Performing check-ins or check-outs. + Resolution of any incidents occurring overnight. + Ensuring next-day reservations are accurately recorded. + Confirming room availability and coordinating room assignments for the following day. + Preparing daily financial reports and submitting them to relevant departments. + Ensuring all payments are correctly recorded. + Cash handling and recording of cash, card, and other payment methods. + Conducting cash audits if required. + Supporting supervision of hotel security during the night. + Overseeing general maintenance and reporting urgent repairs. **Requirements** * Languages: English mandatory; French is a plus. * Friendly, responsible attitude with commitment to service quality and environmental sustainability. * Prior experience in front office or audit roles within hotels. * Ability to interact effectively with guests and staff. * Strong willingness to resolve customer issues and complaints. * The Night Auditor primarily works overnight, between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. * Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS such as Fols and/or Opera) is a plus. * Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Quick and effective decision-making in unexpected situations. **Additional Information** **Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:** We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.
