Deliver impeccable, approachable, and professional customer service. Manage front desk operations, class sales, and membership sales. Support customers throughout their journey: consultation, follow-up, and retention. Assist in coordinating the technical team and center operations. Ensure the studio is always immaculate: cleanliness, ambiance, and overall experience.
