Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Technician to design, implement, and monitor performance evaluation processes and contribute to Human Resources projects. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we seek individuals who are passionate about their work and wish to grow with us. **Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?** We are looking for a Talent Technician for our Barcelona office. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Design, implement, and monitor performance evaluation processes, contributing to continuous improvement of organizational performance. * Contribute to the design of various policies, projects, and programs within the Human Resources Development area. * Provide support and advisory services on development and talent to other internal departments. * Coordinate with other internal teams and departments to identify diverse needs. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree in Human Resources will be highly valued. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Management and Development. * Knowledge of SuccessFactors and experience in data analysis using Excel will be considered an advantage. **What do we offer?** We offer you a challenging project with career progression and strong potential for professional development.
