We require an Engineer to join our headquarters in Barcelona. Main responsibilities include: * Participate in the development of the group's energy management system. * Analyze key energy performance KPIs of hotels and achievement of targets. * Identify areas for improvement in operations and execution of engineering projects (mechanical and electrical). * Coordinate the preparation of energy audits and certifications for hotels. * Support the processing of Energy Efficiency Certificates (CAEs) and subsidies for new energy efficiency projects. * Participate in new projects and developments: design, comparative analysis, technological assessment, commissioning, and follow-up. * Collaborate in drafting tender documents for maintenance contracts and new installations. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Industrial, Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a facilities engineer, energy manager, or in a similar role. * A professional with strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in teams, well-organized, and keenly interested in energy efficiency. * Willingness to travel. * Valid Class B driver's license.
