As part of the People Department, we are seeking a candidate to provide administrative support and efficiently coordinate Facility Management services, ensuring quality standards, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. **What will your responsibilities be?** **1\. Administrative Management** * You will coordinate with internal clients and suppliers, manage incidents and site documentation, process supplier onboarding and offboarding, utilities consumption, IAEs, parking spaces, and various administrative requests. * You will also monitor tenders and requests related to services and maintenance. **2\. Billing and Financial Control** * You will manage invoices in SAP, validate financial documentation, and track investment proposals (PIP/PIN), as well as service and supplier contracts. **3\. Facilities Coordination and Logistics** * You will supervise suppliers, verify regulations (ECA’s, ISO’s), maintain updated document archives, manage warehouses, control access, and support the area’s logistical needs. **4\. Reporting and Operational Monitoring** * You will prepare meeting minutes, KPI and SLA reports, cleaning checklists, audit documentation and consumption records, manage AutoCAD floor plans, and keep internal management systems up to date. **5\. Asset Management and External Relations** * You will handle the activation and deactivation of utility supplies, manage communication with building administrators and neighborhood associations, and archive meeting minutes and relevant asset documentation. **6\. Join the **\#YellowTeam** and begin the career of your life! **Requirements:** --------------- **What you need to launch your career at RACC:** * A Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grado Superior) is ideal, preferably in disciplines related to maintenance; as the day-to-day operations of this department require understanding how our facilities function, their applicable regulations, and their technical requirements. * Prior experience in technical administrative roles, supplier coordination, or facility management, since this position combines extensive organization, incident tracking, and constant interaction with multiple stakeholders. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (user level). Expert-level knowledge is not required, but you must be able to operate comfortably. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is desirable, as the role involves interaction with suppliers, regulations, documentation, and processes requiring understanding of prevention and safety concepts. * Proactivity and strong service orientation are highly desirable. * We seek an organized, eager-to-learn profile, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving.
