What will you do? Coordinate daily service operations and support professional teams. Monitor individuals receiving services, their personal plans, and technical documentation. Coordinate with families, residential services, and external professionals. Participate in service planning, quality assurance, and improvement projects. Support the Technical Management in decision-making and service management. **Profile:** What are we looking for? Experience in the field of disability or other person-centered care services. Ability to coordinate teams and organize services. Basic digital competencies. Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses. Especially valued: University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Education, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or related disciplines. Experience in team coordination or leadership.
