Pastry Assistant for our production workshop At La Glotona, we are looking to hire a person for our pastry production workshop, with prior experience, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm to join a dynamic team. We seek a responsible, organized, and agile individual who enjoys working in production and pays close attention to both the process and the final finish of each item. Main responsibilities: * Daily preparation of doughs, creams, fillings, and various pastry preparations. * Production and assembly of cakes and other products from our catalog. * Adherence to established recipes, portion sizes, and procedures. * Support in the daily organization of the workshop and order preparation. * Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and proper food handling. * Decoration and final finishing of products. Requirements: * Training in Pastry, Gastronomy, or related field. * At least 1 year of experience in pastry or a production workshop. * Ability to work at pace and handle high-volume production. * Responsible, solution-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented individual. * Strong teamwork skills. We will especially value: * Prior experience in cake preparation and assembly. * Experience creating vintage cakes, customized cakes, or decorative piping work. * Proficiency in handling creams, fillings, and finishes. * Experience working with standardized recipes and production processes.
