Main responsibilities include starting up and controlling pouch-type packaging lines, performing basic adjustments, and monitoring critical process parameters to ensure efficiency and quality. Inline product inspection is required, including detecting deviations at quality control checkpoints and reporting technical incidents for prompt resolution. Logistical tasks are also performed, such as supplying materials to the line, changing formats, palletizing, and labeling finished products. A fundamental responsibility is area maintenance, including technical cleaning of machinery and workstations following food safety protocols and 5S organization and cleanliness standards—essential in this sector. The role demands high adaptability and accountability, as it is carried out in a high-speed production environment governed by strict quality and hygiene regulations.
