Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities in Tarragona, managing resources and collaborating on planning. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a qualified individual to carry out maintenance tasks in Tarragona. The position involves conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues in facilities. Responsibilities include repairing faults in equipment and systems, both inside and outside buildings. The role also entails managing budget requests and placing orders to meet departmental needs, in accordance with directives from management. The incumbent will maintain an up-to-date inventory record of facilities and equipment, and collaborate on planning future investments. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday to Friday, during morning hours—specifically from 07:00 to 15:00—with legally mandated breaks included. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * We seek a problem-solving individual capable of working autonomously. .
