




Technician \- Analysis and inventory of drainage works (Cantabria, Basque Country, Northern Castilla y León, La Rioja, Navarra, and Aragón) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Technician to analyze the risk of transverse drainage works and conduct hydraulic capacity studies of bridges on the railway network. **Workplace** -------------------- * Nationwide Travel will be required across Cantabria, Basque Country, Northern Castilla y León, La Rioja, Navarra, and Aragón. **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Conducting field inventory of drainage works. * Performing inspections of drainage works in railway environments. * Supporting data collection for risk analysis of transverse drainage works. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Academic internship certificates verifying required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s or Technical Engineering degree (Level 2 MECES) in one of the following fields: agricultural or agri-food and rural environment; forestry or forestry and natural environment; civil engineering or public works (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or hold a Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS qualification (recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or possess at least 6 months’ professional and/or academic experience relevant to the position offered. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Ability to travel up to 75\-100% of total monthly working time. * Field inspection knowledge of civil engineering structures (e.g., bridges, tunnels, level crossings, earthworks) (to be verified during technical interview). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in hydrology and/or hydraulics. ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 5 years’ professional experience in the railway sector. * 1 to 3 years’ professional experience in railway surveillance roles (e.g., bridges, tunnels, level crossings, earthworks). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proficiency in GIS tools (to be verified during technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 24 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
