TERCERIA CORPORATION is a leading HR company specialized in the hospitality industry. We are looking for a Recruitment Technician to join our Barcelona office. If you are proactive, have experience in the sector, and are eager to make a difference, this is your moment! Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our office—from talent selection to client support. Key responsibilities include: \- Analyze job descriptions provided by clients and define required candidate profiles. \- Post job openings on portals and contact employment centers and/or job boards as needed. \- Conduct selection interviews, both telephone and face-to-face. \- Provide direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. \- Update and maintain the candidate database. \- Request, manage, and archive documentation. ### **Requirements** \- 2\-3 years of experience in staffing agencies (ETT) and/or consulting, preferably in hospitality. \- Residence in Barcelona city or nearby areas. \- Immediate availability.
