Main Responsibilities As a specialized Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding the client throughout the entire financing process, from initial qualification to transaction formalization, ensuring a seamless, rigorous experience aligned with excellence standards. **1\\. Client and financing operations management:** * Manage a portfolio of clients interested in obtaining financing (primarily luxury residential mortgages for international HNWI/UHNWI clients). * Prepare and submit financing proposals tailored to the client's profile and needs, incorporating terms obtained from financial institutions. * Accompany the client through all stages of the process, from the initial meeting to notarial signing. **2\\. Relationship with financial institutions:** * Serve as the main point of contact with banks, private banks, and international financial institutions. * Negotiate terms and collect documentation and requirements requested by each institution. * Coordinate information flow between the client, bank, and notary, ensuring compliance with deadlines. * Actively contribute to strengthening institutional relationships with financial entities and other relevant stakeholders. **3\\. Document management and quality control:** * Review and validate clients' financial, legal, and personal documentation. * Monitor compliance with risk criteria and scoring standards of partner institutions. * Identify potential issues and ensure proper presentation and traceability of each file. * Maintain up-to-date customer and transaction data in the corporate CRM system. Requirements Education and Experience * 3\-5 years of experience in mortgage management, particularly within the international and high-net-worth client segment. * Experience in processing and managing real estate financing operations in Spain (preferably in luxury residential properties). * Previous experience in banking, financial intermediation, or international mortgage brokerage will be valued. Key Knowledge * Possession of the LCCI Certificate (Ley de Contratos de Crédito Inmobiliario) will be positively considered. * Knowledge of credit scoring, due diligence processes, and management of banking files. * Familiarity with Spanish mortgage and financial regulations. * Experience interacting with international clients and in multicultural environments. * Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and document/operation management tools. Languages * Advanced English (C1 or higher), essential for interaction with clients and international financial institutions. * Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Russian, Arabic, etc.) will be an advantage.
