Braun Surgical** we are looking to hire a Raw Material Planner for the Global Supply Chain Management Department at our headquarters in Rubí, to fill a temporary vacancy. Would you like to have a direct impact on global production continuity? Your mission will be to ensure that raw materials are available at the right time, contributing to operational efficiency and the success of our production processes. **Responsibilities** * Manage raw material inventory, ensuring optimal levels that guarantee uninterrupted production without generating excess costs or obsolescence. * Plan purchases and production of semi-finished goods based on forecasted demand, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to meet deadlines and operational targets. * Monitor purchase orders from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, quantities, and conditions. * Work with national and international suppliers, fostering strategic relationships and ensuring adherence to quality, service, and sustainability standards. * Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and communicate them clearly and accurately to internal customers. * Maintain master data up to date in planning systems (SAP), ensuring the reliability of information used for decision-making. * Analyze and monitor demand, consumption, and projects, anticipating future needs and proposing adjustments to optimize material flow. * Perform forecasting for suppliers * Report regularly to the supervisor on planning status, relevant incidents, and improvement proposals. Conduct occasional supplier visits to strengthen collaboration and ensure compliance with established agreements. * **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) * At least two years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of SAP modules PU, PP, MM * Advanced level of English * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint) Organized, methodical, and responsible individual.
