Your goal will be to manage home insurance claims files with the highest quality and customer orientation. * You’ll handle home insurance claims up to €30\.000. * You’ll manage claims against opposing insurers. * You’ll work toward the unit’s recovery, average cost, and fraud objectives. * You’ll interact with opposing insurers, external partners, loss adjusters, lawyers, and other internal departments. * You’ll provide telephone support to our customers to deliver the best possible service. **By now, you’re probably wondering: How do I know if I’m a good fit?** Don’t worry—I won’t ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements. We’re looking for someone with: * Experience handling insurance claims or knowledge of the insurance sector. * Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities. * Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. * A positive attitude and strong customer orientation. * Bonus points if you’re proficient with tools like Excel or claims management platforms!
