Summary: We are seeking a labor technician to manage payroll, contracts, and social security registrations, providing support on labor-related inquiries. Highlights: 1. Flexibility with weekly telework **Main responsibilities will include:** * Processing payroll, social security registrations and deregistrations, and employment contracts. * Analyzing labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and any legislative changes related to Labor Relations. * Managing absences, leave requests, and temporary disabilities. * Issuing company certificates, notifications to Contrat@, and other certificates. * Managing leaves of absence and special permits. * Addressing labor-related inquiries from employees. * Supporting operational tasks related to social security and quarterly tax filings. * Carrying out other administrative and departmental management procedures. **Requirements:** * University degree in Law, Labor Relations, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing similar tasks, preferably in non-profit organizations or cooperatives. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in office software; familiarity with SAGE is desirable. * Experience preparing payroll. **Preferred qualifications:** * Catalan language proficiency at level C. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Competencies we expect from you:** * Analytical ability, decision-making skills, and results orientation. * Active listening, empathetic communication, and respectful interpersonal conduct. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail in preparing documentation and reports. * Initiative, autonomy, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **We offer:** * Immediate incorporation into a cooperative committed to people and equal opportunities. * Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. * Two days of telework per week. * Substitute employment contract (minimum duration until September 2026\) * Labor category: Labor Technician, as defined by the Collective Agreement for the Educational Leisure Sector. * Salary: 24\.000 euros gross per year You will have the opportunity to work, train\-yourself, and grow professionally within a dynamic and cooperative environment.
