What will be your mission? As a Project Manager at OMNIOS, your primary role will be to supervise software development projects using agile methodologies, manage client relationships, and ensure the achievement of quality and efficiency objectives. You will lead the entire project lifecycle—from definition through to monitoring. **Your day-to-day as a Project Manager at OMNIOS:** * Manage software development projects, being responsible for supervising technologically developed solutions using agile methodologies. * Maintain close contact with the client, understanding their needs and requests. * Define, analyze, and be responsible for tracking projects throughout their entire lifecycle. * Ensure achievement of established objectives regarding quality, productivity, and efficiency—always prioritizing client satisfaction. * Define and supervise project objectives in collaboration with clients. * Supervise, plan, and control project scope. * Plan and control project costs and timelines. * Efficiently coordinate team resources. * Make decisions to address client and team dissatisfaction. * Make decisions to address new client needs or project requirements: communicate with the client to propose improvements and explore new collaboration opportunities. **You’ll be a great fit if you have:** * Education related to project management or equivalent knowledge/experience. * 2–3 years of experience managing software development projects. * Mastery of all digital tools you use, and the ability to quickly understand and become an expert in any new tool you need to adopt. * Proactive, business-oriented, organized, and analytical. * Ability to anticipate potential issues and identify opportunities, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Ability to connect with people and earn their trust. * Experience working with Jira or any other agile project management software. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. * Teamwork and cooperation skills in dynamic environments. * Flexibility, high capacity for self-learning, and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges. * Advanced spoken and written Catalan and Spanish; advanced English. **It would be ideal if you also have:** * Professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (NLP, ML, etc.). * Experience with pharmaceutical industry companies or projects.
