




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with training in administrative management for telephone and in-person customer service, computer and Microsoft Office software usage, and visit schedule management. Telephone and front-desk reception. Computer usage and applications including Excel, Word, and similar programs. Public-facing service and visit scheduling. In public-facing roles, candidates must be able to interact professionally with the public and maintain courteous, respectful, and attentive conduct. * Minimum 6 months’ experience.
