




Job Summary: An administrative assistant is required to work in a shipbuilding company, providing comprehensive administrative support to the administration department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teamwork and incident resolution An administrative assistant is required to work at a shipbuilding company in Vilanova i la Geltrú. A CFGM (Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate) in Administration and Finance is required, along with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in administrative support tasks. Offered: an indefinite-term part-time contract (20 hours/week), with the possibility of upgrading to an intensive full-time morning schedule (40 hours/week) at the beginning of the high season (approximately October). The initial gross monthly salary is €712.25 for 12 payments per year. A salary review upward will be conducted after the first three months, based on performance evaluation and fulfillment of assigned duties. \- Mail and parcel handling (reception, registration, and internal distribution) \- Management and archiving of administrative documentation \- Processing of occupational health and safety (PRL) documentation via the CAE e-coordination platform \- Management of the corporate email inbox and handling of internal and external inquiries \- Tracking and monitoring of working hours chargeable to client projects \- Billing support: verification of hours and data for invoice issuance \- Support in managing proforma invoices and preparing budgets \- Coordination with different departments to ensure proper administrative management of projects \- Direct support and collaboration with the administration manager, providing comprehensive administrative task support for the department * 12 months’ experience in administrative support tasks * Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grado Medio) * Spanish (intermediate spoken, advanced written) * English (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, advanced written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel \- Languages: Intermediate English (spoken); advanced Spanish and Catalan (spoken) \- A Class B1 driver’s license is desirable (for occasional use of the company vehicle for short trips between the company offices and its warehouse, both located in Vilanova i la Geltrú) \- Competencies: methodical and organized individual; time management and task prioritization skills; attention to detail and rigor in document handling; ability to work in a team; proactive attitude and incident resolution capability; strong written and verbal communication skills; adaptability and flexibility in response to change * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (17 hours/week) * Gross monthly salary: €712 * Additional information: Indefinite-term part-time contract (20 hours/week), with the possibility of upgrading to an intensive full-time morning schedule (40 hours/week) at the beginning of the high season (approximately October).
