The Role At AIRE, we seek a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the very first moment. Your mission will be to supervise, coordinate, and inspire the Front Desk team (6–9 people), conveying AIRE’s Principles of Service Excellence and ensuring compliance with our protocols and standards. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement within the area and developing your team’s talent. Responsibilities * Guest Experience – Supervise and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at reception, adhering to AIRE standards; handle check\-ins and check\-outs warmly, resolve incidents, propose improvements to the customer journey, and promote additional services and products. * Protocol Compliance – Ensure the team correctly follows protocols, standards, and internal procedures in all guest interactions. * Operational Management – Organize shifts, coordinate with the Contact Center and other departments, manage reservations (including groups and VIPs), supervise inventories, and prepare incident and improvement reports. * Service Promotion and Sales – Explain treatments knowledgeably, manage wristbands according to service type, and promote upgrades and products available at reception. * People Management – Support recruitment, training, and development of the team; monitor performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. * Team Planning and Coordination – Collaborate on shift planning, rotations, and vacation scheduling, as well as ensure daily team organization and conduct briefings. Requirements Profile We Seek * Minimum 1 year of team management experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent. * Hospitality, Wellness, or Luxury sector experience highly valued. * Fluency in the local language (mandatory) and advanced English proficiency. Additional languages highly valued. * Hands-on leadership, ability to develop teams, and proactive attitude.
