Creating, handling, and coordinating reports to ensure timely submission. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Providing analytical support to managers on financial activities, decision-making, and general projects. \~ Supporting senior colleagues in delivering analyses to support the business planning and forecasting process and enterprise-wide alignment. \~ Contributing to the development of analyses and reports to enable the formulation of strategic long-term financial and business plans by providing accurate data and analyses. \~ Supporting the creation of reports on relevant facts and outcomes. \~ Supporting the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Providing administrative support for the monthly BPA closing process and business unit (BU) management reporting packages. \~ Supporting BPA projects at country or BU level. \~ Reporting technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators \~ Internal customer satisfaction with the quality, relevance, and timeliness of delivered financial analyses \~ Reliability and accuracy of all delivered figures Work Experience \~ Operations management and execution Skills \~ Market understanding \~ Understanding value drivers \~ Planning & analysis \~ Ability to influence key stakeholders \~ Process optimization \~ Data cleansing \~ Normalization \~ Data visualization \~ Employee engagement \~ Finance and management \~ Reporting, compliance, and controls Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
