Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to support Labor Relations, responsible for the full payroll process and onboarding procedures for new staff. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a person to provide administrative support to the Labor Relations department in a company based in Rubí. Your main responsibility will be managing the entire payroll process, as well as handling all administrative procedures related to the onboarding of new employees across all group companies. Your tasks will include comprehensive payroll preparation. You will also formalize employment contracts, enter them into the system, and carry out required communications with official agencies. Additionally, you will manage Social Security procedures, including monitoring temporary disability (IT) situations. A degree in Labor Relations or a related field, along with at least one year’s prior experience in payroll management or similar internships, is highly desirable. We offer a direct employment contract with a salary between €27,500 and €30,000. Working hours are flexible, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with shortened working days on Fridays and also in July and August. Initially, you will work onsite in Rubí to consolidate your knowledge, transitioning later to a hybrid work model. * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or a related field. * Minimum one year of experience as a payroll technician and/or internships. * Interest in professional development within the Payroll and Personnel Administration area.
