In the current context of growth and professionalization, we seek to hire a **Finance Accountant** to strengthen the group’s financial planning, control, and analysis capabilities.
**About the Role**
We seek an organized, solution-oriented, and operationally focused professional to participate in the group’s accounting, administrative, and financial management, collaborating closely with the finance leadership and business teams.
The role offers cross-functional exposure to multiple subsidiaries and financial processes, involving both routine accounting and treasury tasks as well as internal process improvement and administrative control.
This position is ideal for a candidate with ambition for growth and a desire to develop within a dynamic and demanding environment.
**Responsibilities**
**Accounting and Treasury**
* Management and recording of accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Support in daily treasury management and financial transactions
* Assistance in period-end closing and preparation of financial reporting
* Collaboration in preparing and filing accounting and tax documentation
* Monitoring of group invoicing, collections, and payments
* Administrative coordination with external accounting firms and suppliers
**Financial Operations**
* Control and monitoring of revenues and payments related to group operations
* Administrative and financial coordination with various subsidiaries
* Support in operational processes related to investors and suppliers
* Collaboration in financial and administrative control of projects
**Administrative and Document Management**
* Organization and maintenance of financial and corporate documentation
* Management of digital certificates and administrative documentation
* Filing and tracking of administrative notifications and requests
* Coordination with internal teams to ensure proper operational and document management
**Requirements**
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies, Finance, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial administration, or similar roles
* Experience in financial, real estate, or advisory sectors will be valued
* Familiarity with accounting tools and financial ERPs (e.g., A3, Navision, or similar)
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Hands\-on, proactive profile with ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
* Strong communication and internal coordination skills
* English proficiency is an asset
