As an AI Trainer, your mission will be to train students in practical AI applications, ensuring they understand how to apply what they’ve learned within their professional context. Additionally, you’ll lead and coordinate the technical support team, guaranteeing high-quality assistance and a consistent learning experience aligned with Learning Heroes’ high standards of excellence. **What You’ll Do (or, better yet, what you’ll enjoy)*** **Lead the training experience** of the program as a trainer—delivering classes, guiding cohorts, and actively supporting student progress. * **Design exercises, projects and evaluate final submissions**, ensuring content aligns with pedagogical objectives and the program’s level of rigor. * **Create materials for each launch** (documents, campaigns, and audiovisual assets), meeting deadlines while maintaining coherence with the product’s value proposition. * **Design and execute the monthly social media content calendar**, generating visibility and virality of the program in collaboration with Marketing.
