We are currently seeking a **Building Site Manager**. Key responsibilities include: * Define, schedule, and organize all project activities to ensure execution within planned timelines and in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety standards. * Conduct periodic monitoring of project progress, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions as needed. * Prepare monthly financial close-outs, analyzing incurred costs, payments, executed production, and potential deviations from the target budget. * Build and maintain a relationship of trust with the client and technical supervision to support proper project progression and stakeholder satisfaction. * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of certifications, invoicing, internal reports, and financial close-outs. * Apply Group methodologies: supervise implementation on-site of the **Circular Economy** principles defined by Grupo Construcía and ensure correct application of the **Lean2Cradle** methodology across all phases. **Desirable Requirements:** * Degree in Technical Architecture or Civil Engineering (Public Works, Civil Engineering, or Roads, Canals, and Ports). * Minimum 8 years’ prior experience as a Site Manager on building projects. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (60 hours). * Proficiency in Presto (user level), AutoCAD (intermediate level), and Navision (intermediate/advanced level). * Advanced English (C1). * We seek a highly organized individual with strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and customer orientation. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one. * Performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Positive work environment. * Birthday leave (Bday). * Flexible compensation. *There is a place for you—exactly as you are.
