Over more than 15 years of experience, we have developed over 1,000 national and international projects, requiring multidisciplinary teams, constant innovation, and the application of cutting-edge techniques across various fields. We carry out project design and calculations through our drafters, modelers, and engineers, handling both our own projects and providing technical support to engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Currently, we are seeking a **Site Manager for a position in Barcelona with experience in building and installation projects.** **Requirements:** --------------- RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate all project phases: preliminary studies, project development, and site management, leading the involved technical team. * Assume site management responsibilities for medium to large-scale building projects, especially within the hotel sector. * Conceptualize, develop, and supervise installation projects. * Maintain effective communication with clients: identifying needs, providing technical advice, and monitoring their satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with schedule, cost, and quality objectives for each project. * Collaborate in technological development and knowledge management, ensuring information transfer and leveraging insights gained from each project. * Apply and promote quality and environmental management systems, raising team awareness regarding internal regulations, waste management, resource savings, and sustainability criteria. * Contribute to updating procedures, documents, and instructions applicable to the work area. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and management standards in all aspects related to installations. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Technical university degree (bachelor's or higher). * Experience: Minimum of 6 years in projects within your specialty, including site management and/or maintenance of building installations. * Languages: English (professional level). * Required technical knowledge: * Design, execution, and operation of complete building services systems in medium to large-scale buildings. * Organizational structures and communication flows in the construction process (developers, designers, site managers, contractors, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.).
