We seek a candidate with commercial skills, strong organizational ability, customer orientation, and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in this sector is not mandatory, although basic knowledge in finance, mortgages, or real estate will be valued. Specific training will be provided by the company. We offer integration into a stable project, with opportunities for professional development and continuous training. **Economic Conditions:** Fixed annual gross salary of €19,000 plus a variable component of up to €8,000, with potential increase based on objectives. **Working Hours:** From 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00\.
