We are looking for an Intern for the Innovation and Process Improvement Department at our Barcelona offices. Your tasks will be critical to the company’s digital transformation. Below are some of the responsibilities you will assume: • Research emerging technological opportunities: Stay informed about the latest technology trends and how they can be applied to the hospitality sector, identifying optimal solutions to improve internal process efficiency and enhance customer experience. • Conduct benchmarking across digital tools: Compare and analyze available digital tools in the market to identify the most effective ones that improve company processes and increase competitiveness. • Implement and monitor pilot tests: You will be responsible for launching and evaluating the effectiveness of new technologies in pilot projects.
