We are looking for someone who wants to be the operational and human engine of the project. ⸻ What We’re Looking For We seek a versatile individual who combines: * Systems- and process-oriented mindset * Sales experience * Strong interpersonal skills * Real estate vision 90% of our clients speak English, so a high level of English proficiency is essential. ⸻ Responsibilities You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and growing operations: * End-to-end management of \+100 rooms * Lead and customer engagement (WhatsApp, email, in-person visits) * Organization and execution of in-person visits * Coordination of: * Check-ins and check-outs * Contracts * Payments * Incident resolution * Optimization of internal processes and systems * Identification of improvement and growth opportunities ⸻ Ideal Profile We are looking for someone with: * Experience in real estate, property management, or coliving. * Ability to manage a large volume of rooms * Organized and solution-oriented profile * Strong communication skills with customers * Ability to conduct in-person visits and navigate the city. * Motorcycle license or motorcycle ownership is a plus.
