From LUZA Group, we are seeking to hire a **Senior Financial Analyst** with the goal of ensuring the efficiency and reliability of internal information. What will your responsibilities be? * Supervision of monthly accounting and analytical closing. * Reconciliation of accounting and analytical information. * Preparation and coordination of Annual Accounts. * Accounting and tax consolidation. * Budget preparation and monitoring. * Preparation of reports and activity reporting. * Definition, control, and monitoring of activity indicators. * Analysis of specific aspects of the business. * Analysis of external factors affecting the business (market and competition, legislation, political changes, etc.). * Analysis of the adequacy of information systems, accounting and financial procedures, and their optimization. Required qualifications: * Degree in Business Administration and/or Finance and Accounting. * At least 2 years of experience performing duties similar to those described. * Analytical skills, rigor, and proactivity. * Proficiency in Excel.
