




Position Summary: We are seeking a Tax and Accounting Manager to lead the department with autonomy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset, serving as the technical and strategic reference point for the tax and accounting department. We seek to hire a Tax and Accounting Manager who will lead the department with autonomy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset. The selected candidate will serve as the technical and strategic reference point for the tax and accounting department, and will assume the following responsibilities: **Comprehensive Accounting Management** · Supervision of daily accounting for companies and self-employed individuals. · Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. · Preparation of annual financial statements and official ledgers for legalization. · Review of bank, customer, supplier, and treasury reconciliations. · Oversight of financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement. **Tax Planning and Compliance** · Calculation, preparation, and filing of taxes (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.). · Management of tax forms (303, 111, 115, 130, 200, 390…). · Coordination of tax campaigns and response to requirements from the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). · Accounting-tax analysis for each client and preparation of reports. · Collaboration on corporate transactions: incorporations, mergers, etc. · Support in insolvency proceedings, inheritances, and asset transfers. **Candidate Requirements** · University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field. · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax and accounting advisory services. · In-depth knowledge of Spanish tax legislation and the General Accounting Plan. · Advanced proficiency in accounting software (A3). · Analytical ability, leadership skills, autonomy, and client orientation. **What We Offer** · Integration into an established and expanding firm. · Professional, collaborative, and dynamic work environment. · Competitive remuneration based on experience and profile. · Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. · Active participation in strategic decision-making within the department.
