The role carries full regional scope, with responsibility for the finance function across 23 subsidiaries in Southeast Asia, leading financial strategy, management control, and corporate governance throughout the region. We seek a candidate with a solid track record in industrial or manufacturing environments, experience managing multinational structures, distributed teams, and complex operations. It will be essential to combine strategic vision with operational capability and a focus on efficiency and value creation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Regional Finance Leadership and Strategy * Define and execute the Group’s financial strategy for Southeast Asia. * Act as business partner to the CEO and Executive Committee. * Lead strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making support. * Optimize capital structure and financing policy. * Manage relationships with banks, investors, and international stakeholders. * Oversee comprehensive financial supervision of 23 subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and control. * Management Control and Industrial Performance * Supervise financial controlling and variance analysis versus budget and forecast. * Implement standardized financial and operational reporting across the region. * Monitor industrial margins, production costs, and operational efficiency. * Analyze profitability by plant, product line, and market. * Define and implement financial and industrial KPIs. * Budgeting, Forecasting, Treasury, and Working Capital * Lead the annual budgeting process and forecast reviews. * Manage and monitor regional cash flow and working capital. * Optimize inventory levels and cash conversion cycle. * Manage regional financing and financial risks (including foreign exchange). * CAPEX and Industrial Investments * Conduct financial evaluation of investment projects (new production lines, machinery, automation). * Analyze ROI, payback, and economic viability. * Supervise and control CAPEX project budgets. * Participate in regional expansion initiatives, joint ventures, or M&A activities. * Corporate Governance and Compliance * Ensure regulatory and tax compliance across all Southeast Asian jurisdictions. * Coordinate external audits (IFRS / local regulations). * Implement and supervise internal controls and risk management. * Standardize financial policies across all subsidiaries. * Leadership and Financial Transformation * Lead and develop local and regional finance teams. * Professionalize and automate finance processes. * Enhance and implement ERP systems and BI tools. * Build a finance culture * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. Strong foundation in financial accounting, management control, financial analysis, and capital structure. * An MBA or Master’s in Corporate Finance / Financial Management is highly valued. Especially relevant if it provides strategic perspective, international experience, and exposure to multinational or industrial environments. * Advanced knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and international taxation. Experience in financial consolidation and reporting in multi-jurisdictional environments. * Complementary training in Corporate Finance and company valuation.
