




At Nixor Assessors, SLP we are looking for an **Accounting Coordinator** to lead a team of 4 people and manage your own portfolio of clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the accounting processes of the department, ensuring the quality and consistency of the accounting information transferred to the tax area, and providing technical support on tax matters. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the work of the accounting team (4 people). * Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure deadlines and procedures are met. * Handle the **complete accounting for your own portfolio of clients**. * Review and validate monthly/yearly accounting closings and financial statements. * Verify the **consistency of accounting data before transfer to the tax department**. * Collaborate with the tax department in the preparation and review of taxes (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, etc.). * Resolve accounting issues and provide technical guidance to the team. * Propose improvements in accounting and internal control processes. * Maintain direct communication with assigned clients, providing accounting advice. **Requirements:** * Minimum qualification: Higher Degree in Administration and Finance. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in accounting** and at least **1 year managing teams**. * Solid knowledge of corporate and individual accounting. * Proficiency in accounting and office software (preferably A3\). * Organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Valued skills:** * Experience in consulting firms or professional practices. * Knowledge of consolidation. * Ability to train and develop teams. * Immediate availability. **We offer:** * Stable position in a growing company. * Collaborative and forward-looking professional environment. * Salary: 28\.000 € gross annually. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00, Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00.
