Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic receptionist to serve as the company's first point of contact, handling reception duties, visitor management, phone calls, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Being the company's first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. 2. Providing administrative support by coordinating with various departments. 3. Comprehensively managing reception duties and supporting diverse departments. We are looking for a receptionist to cover a temporary absence at a company located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. You will be the company's first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, managing reception, visitor services, phone calls, and administrative coordination with various departments. Among your daily tasks, you will handle employee onboarding and offboarding (creating access credentials, business cards, delivering welcome packages), support Facilities (managing parking, security incidents, cleaning and maintenance, cafeteria supervision), as well as receiving and distributing mail and parcels. You will also support the fleet department: key management, fuel and toll cards, and processing traffic fines. This is a temporary full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, morning shift, with working hours between 08:00 and 19:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
