We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and motivated profile, interested in developing within the Human Resources area and capable of working closely with teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Management of personnel selection processes. * Internal client support and accompaniment. * Training Plan: control of the plan, identification and management of training needs. The candidate will manage both the established training plan and emerging needs; therefore, knowledge of Fundae is required.
