Teamwork and excellent communication skills. **Main Responsibilities \- Tasks** Support LEVEL **start up plan and operational readiness** task (back\-office support in both internal and external processes) Support **operation supervision tasks** of ground handling providers at the airports where the airline operates Assist in **operational performance analysis**, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions Contribute to the **updating of procedures and manuals**, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards Assist in the **preparation of training materials** for operational teams, contributing to staff development and training Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. **Education** Currently studying or recently graduated in Airport Operations, Airport Management, Airport Engineering, or related fields. **Languages:** C\-level English proficiency (certified). **Preferred Skills and Knowledge:** Familiarity with airport operations and relevant regulations.
