Management of all business center services for clients. Center opening and/or closing. In-person and telephone customer service. Sending, receiving, and distributing mail and packages. Meeting room reservation management. Informing clients about service pricing and preparing rooms according to setup requirements, including catering coordination. General center maintenance: ensuring all areas remain in perfect condition at all times. Administrative tasks (invoice tracking, supplier communication, order management, procurement, etc.) * Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Personalized welcome for members and visitors; professional telephone service; proactive resolution of daily inquiries. \- Space and Event Management: end-to-end coordination of meeting rooms, including reservation handling, technical setup, catering supervision, and logistics for corporate events. \- Center Operations: center opening and/or closing, access control, efficient mail and package handling, and continuous monitoring of facility conditions to ensure an immaculate environment. Administrative Support: supplier management, invoice tracking, order placement, and assistance with the center’s CRM/ERP tools. Profile * Competencies / Knowledge: Working Conditions Employment contract: Permanent Full-time \- Competencies / Knowledge: English Catalan Spanish Soft Skills: Discretion, extroverted attitude, proactivity, and a clear customer service orientation. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\. Prior experience with coworking space management systems and/or CRMs is a plus. \- Experience: Minimum 12 months in customer-facing roles, corporate reception, or the hospitality industry. Required Languages: Bilingual proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (C2\) and Advanced English (C1\). Fluency and clarity of communication are essential.
